Substitution Policy

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.  We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value.

We offer you the ability to let us know about your response to substitutions.  You may choose one of the following:

• Please substitute to get my order there on time.
• Do not substitute without contacting me first at the phone number provided.
• If unavailable for delivery date please let me know how soon you can deliver.
• No substitution allowed. Please cancel my order and notify me of my cancellation. 

Please note that if you prefer not to allow us the ability to substitute products, there may be a delay in sending out your order.  You must provide a phone number where we can contact you to discuss substitution options.
